Passionate about creating a nurturing space, she specializes in Restorative Yoga and Meditation, aiming to guide others in finding peace, love, and healing through breath and deep rest.

Joanne Fearns is the creator of ISH Nutrition & Wellness, a holistic practice and company founded on creating sustainable and ‘healthy-ISH’ lifestyles with her clients. Her goal is to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and accepted so that they can become and embrace their most authentic, healthy self.

Samantha Mills is a resilient fitness entrepreneur whose journey from growing up with an alcoholic mother to empowering others through fitness. Despite facing adversity, Samantha’s perseverance led her to build a thriving business with over 250 clients. She is deeply passionate about helping women become healthy, strong, and believing that empowering them will positively impact future generations.

Driven by a desire to find a fulfilling career that accommodated her family life, Ashley transitioned from a nursing career into the finance sector, becoming a licensed Mortgage Agent. In this role, she discovered a profound sense of purpose in guiding individuals and families through the complexities of homeownership.
