Charmaine grew up in Corunna and Mooretown, Ontario, where she developed a lifelong love for living close to the water. Her appreciation for beautiful surroundings extends beyond Sarnia—she and her partner currently own a condo in Cabo San Lucas, with plans to one day add another in Puerto Vallarta and eventually retire in Mexico.
Charmaine enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, and her beloved dog. Her hobbies include traveling, attending concerts, cheering on the Tigers, thrifting, quilting, golfing, and spending time on the water.
With more than 30 years of experience in the service industry as a server, bartender, and manager, Charmaine brings a strong sense of people skills and dedication to her real estate career. After studying Business at Lambton College and completing her Real Estate education at Humber College, she proudly graduated in 2023.
Passionate about helping families begin their next chapter, Charmaine especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers and those looking to downsize as they move into retirement. As a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, she also offers valuable support in organizing and simplifying the moving process.
